Breathtaking views from the infinity pool are stunning!
I can't believe how hard it was to get to Mundo Nuevo Eco Lodge. The road leading up to the place is extremely steep and requires a skilled driver. if you don't have a 4x4, you're in for a miserable experience. Additionally, the staff's attitude was disappointing. they didn't even show me around upon arrival, leaving me to figure everything out on my own. To add insult to injury, the bed was so uncomfortable that just the slightest movement caused the entire structure to shake. For the price paid, I expected far better accommodations and service.

The common area is perfect for relaxing, with comfy couches and plenty of hammocks. it really felt like a nature retreat. After a long hike to the Marinka Waterfalls, nothing beat coming back to a cozy room with an outdoor bathroom, connecting you to the surrounding beauty. Plus, the cacao museum nearby offered a fun and informative experience, making it a sweet addition to the stay.

Ideal for families looking to unwind
The view from our room, man , was straight up amazing. The kids loved swinging in the hammocks outside our room, it was like a little paradise for them. The big window with the mountain view? Perfect for family photos, ya know?
Wasn’t cheap, but considering the experience, it was fair enough.

The location offered breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The staff were friendly and attentive, going as far as helping with local wildlife issues. Food was a highlight, with delicious homemade Belgian waffles and a community-driven dining experience. However, access was somewhat challenging, which could deter some travelers, and more hooks for towels would enhance convenience in the rooms. Overall, it's a place to unwind and connect with nature, though improvements could be made in accessibility.
